Every quarterly visit
A routine maintenance check of the home.
Each visit is a visual check of accessible areas, followed by a clear report of what we saw and what needs attention next. It is routine maintenance, not a formal home inspection or a guarantee that every issue will be found.
Exterior doors, locks and weatherstripping
Visible caulking and sealants
Faucets, visible plumbing and toilets for obvious leaks or running
Visible drywall and ceilings
Smoke and carbon monoxide detector operation
Exterior siding and trim
Decks and porches
Gutters and downspouts
Premier seasonal focus
Each Premier visit follows the season.
Checks stay within the visit time. Checking gutters or a deck does not include gutter cleaning or deck refinishing; that work is quoted separately.

Summer
Doors and windows, exterior trim, deck maintenance, caulking and minor exterior repairs.
