Premier Home Care is $299 per quarter, a $1,196 annual total. It includes the shared maintenance checks and member benefits, with a quarterly visit of up to two hours.
- Repairs are quoted before any work begins, with 15% off eligible labor, which replaces Complete's 10%. Premier also includes a detailed maintenance report with a seasonal checklist and priority access to seasonal work and larger projects. Materials are charged separately.

A more active role in maintaining the property.
Each Premier visit follows the season, within the visit time and agreed scope. Spring: exterior condition, decks and porches, caulking, gutters, downspouts, siding and trim. Summer: doors and windows, exterior trim, deck maintenance, caulking and minor exterior repairs. Fall: weatherstripping, doors and windows, gutters, downspouts and winterization checks. Winter: interior condition, visible plumbing leaks, doors and locks, drywall, trim, and smoke and CO detectors.
